Terms of Service

Last updated: 16 October 2026

These terms govern your use of https://arivalsim.com and the eSIM data plans sold on it by Rich Honour Industrial Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong SAR (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. What we sell

We sell prepaid mobile data plans delivered as eSIM profiles. We are a reseller: the underlying connectivity is provided by mobile network operators and by our upstream supplier. We are not a mobile network operator and we do not control the networks.

Plans are data-only unless a plan page says otherwise. They do not include a phone number, voice calls, or SMS.

2. Your device

You are responsible for checking that your device supports eSIM and is not locked to a carrier before you buy. Dial *#06#; if an EID line appears, your device supports eSIM. We cannot refund a plan because your device turned out to be incompatible or locked — see the Refund Policy.

3. Orders and delivery

Prices are shown in US dollars and include no hidden fees. Your card issuer may apply its own currency conversion or foreign transaction charges; those are outside our control.

Delivery is electronic and normally completes within seconds of payment. We send the eSIM to the email address you provide and show it on a private delivery page. If delivery fails, we refund you in full.

Because delivery begins immediately, you are asked at checkout to consent to immediate supply and to acknowledge that this ends any statutory cancellation right that depends on supply not having begun.

4. Installation is one-time

An eSIM profile can be installed once. After installation it cannot be moved to another device, reinstalled, or restored — including after a factory reset or if you delete it. Install it while you still have Wi-Fi, and only enable it when you arrive.

5. Validity and data

Each plan states its data allowance and validity period. Unless the plan page says otherwise, validity starts when the eSIM first connects to a network, not when you buy. Unused data and unused days have no cash value and are not carried over.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our service to:

  • break the law of the country you are in;
  • send unsolicited bulk messages, or run attacks against other systems;
  • resell, share commercially, or operate the connection as a permanent fixed line, unless we have agreed that in writing.

Networks may suspend or terminate a profile that breaches their own acceptable use rules. Where that happens we are not able to refund the plan.

7. Store credit and referrals

Orders earn a small percentage back as store credit, held against the email address you bought with. Credit is applied automatically to your next order, expires six months after it is earned, has no cash value, and cannot be transferred, sold or refunded. Credit earned on an order that is later refunded is cancelled.

If you share a referral link, the person who buys through it receives a discount on their first order and you earn a share of the profit on that order. A share becomes payable only once the eSIM from that order has actually been activated, and is paid on the 15th of the month following the month in which it became payable. You cannot use your own link. We pay to the destination you give us, and we are not responsible for money sent to details you entered incorrectly.

We may withhold or cancel credit and referral earnings obtained through fraud, self-referral, bulk-created addresses, or any attempt to game the programme. We may change or end either programme at any time; credit and earnings already accrued are not affected by the change, but unearned future benefits are.

8. Availability and liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted coverage, a particular speed, or that a network will be available everywhere within a destination. Mobile coverage varies by location, building, device and network congestion.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — for example missed bookings, lost business, or the cost of an alternative connection.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Privacy

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your order is the one that applies to that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. This does not remove the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
