ArivalSIM sells prepaid eSIM data plans for travellers. You pick a destination, pay, and get a QR code in seconds — no SIM card to swap, no contract, no roaming bill waiting for you at home.
How we work
We are a reseller. The connectivity comes from mobile network operators in each destination, and we buy capacity wholesale so you can buy a few days of data without signing up to anything. Every plan page names the networks you will actually connect to, states the validity period, and says plainly whether hotspot sharing is supported.
Delivery is fully automated and runs around the clock. If something goes wrong after we have taken your money, we refund you — that rule is written into our Refund Policy rather than left to discretion.
What we will not do
- Advertise a speed we cannot guarantee. Mobile coverage varies by location, building and network load, and anyone promising otherwise is guessing.
- Hide the one-time installation limit. An eSIM can be installed once. We say it on the plan page, on the delivery page, and in the refund policy.
- Add fees at checkout that were not in the price you saw.
