Accessibility Statement

ArivalSIM is built to be usable with a keyboard, a screen reader, and a small screen. This page says what we have actually done and what we know is still missing. We would rather be precise than impressive.
What we do
- Every page is plain HTML with real headings, lists and landmarks, so a screen reader can move through it by structure rather than by guesswork.
- Every control is reachable and operable with the keyboard alone. Nothing needs a mouse, a hover or a drag.
- Form fields have visible labels, and errors are written in words rather than shown only as a colour.
- Text and background colours are chosen for contrast, and we never use colour as the only way to carry meaning.
- Tap targets are at least 44 pixels tall on phones, which is where most of our customers buy.
- Pages work at 200% zoom and at 320 pixels wide without horizontal scrolling.
- The site is published in 19 languages, with the page language declared so screen readers pronounce it correctly, and right-to-left layout for Arabic.
- Flags are decorative images with text labels beside them, so nothing depends on recognising a flag.
What is not done yet
- We have not commissioned an independent audit against WCAG 2.1 AA. We therefore do not claim conformance — only that we have built to those principles.
- We have not tested with every combination of screen reader and browser. Our testing has been with VoiceOver and keyboard navigation.
- Legal documents are translated by us, not by a sworn translator, and the English text remains the binding version. If a clause matters to you, read the English original.
If something blocks you
Write to info@arivalsim.com and tell us what you were trying to do and what stopped you. Please say which device, browser and assistive technology you were using, as that usually decides how quickly we can reproduce it.
We aim to reply within five working days. If something prevents you from completing a purchase, tell us what you wanted to buy and we will arrange it by email.
