我的手機支援 eSIM 嗎？
兩件事都要成立：手機要有 eSIM 硬體，而且沒有被電信商鎖定。購買前兩項都確認一下 — eSIM 一旦安裝就無法轉到另一支手機。

打開撥號畫面輸入 *#06#。若 IMEI 旁邊出現一行 EID，表示手機有 eSIM 硬體。沒有 EID 這一行就是沒有 eSIM，機型清單怎麼寫都不算數。
購買地點有影響
- 中國大陸販售的 iPhone 完全沒有 eSIM。香港與澳門販售的多數機型也被取消 — 已知例外是 iPhone 13 mini、iPhone 12 mini、iPhone SE (2020) 和 iPhone XS。只看機型名稱不夠，請做 *#06# 自測。
- 綁約機通常被鎖定，會拒絕其他家的 eSIM。不確定的話，向當初購買的電信商確認是否已解鎖。
